Here’s the cover of my Bonhoeffer book, due to launch on April 9th, the 65th anniversary of his death at the hands of the Nazis in 1945.  Tim Keller has written the foreword and to say that I’m excited about this book would be the understatement of my life.  This is the first major biography of Bonhoeffer in forty years.  To find out more about Bonhoeffer before the book is released, here’s a link to the 2003 PBS documentary directed by my new friend Martin Doblmeier.  It’s spectacular.  There will likely be a Socrates in the City event commemorating Bonhoeffer’s death on April 9th.  Please stay tuned to this space for further updates.
